Non-refundable Deposit

I understand that a non-refundable deposit, in the amount as as indicated on my quote, is required to secure my booking, and that before any payment is made, my booking can be cancelled at any time without pentaly.
*Upon receipt of this form and your deposit (in-full), Canada Rail Vacations will provide an invoice with confirmation of your vacation within 24 hours.

Interim & Final Payments

I understand that, as per Canada Rail Vacations terms and conditions, once I have received an invoice with confirmation of my vacation, all payments made are non-refundable. I also understand that after final payment has been made 70 days before my trip, that modifications are not permitted.
*Any interim payments made by you, or any other guest travelling with you, are non-refundable; additionally, if you choose to pay your final balance in full in advance of your due date (as stated on your confirmation invoice), you do so at your discretion and with the knowledge that it is non-refundable.

Flights, Cruises & Connections

I understand that Canada Rail Vacations advises not to book flights, cruises or any other connections until I have received my confirmation invoice.
*Canada Rail Vacations is not responsible if you, or any other guest travelling with you, books flights, cruises, or any other connection otherwise, before your receipt of your confirmation invoice.

Travel Insurance

I understand that Canada Rail Vacations highly recommends travel insurance to protect my investment, in the event I need to cancel my vacation due to unforeseen circumstances.
*Insurance coverage depends on your provider; Canada Rail Vacations does not provide, nor speculate on, potential coverage. If you aren't sure where to start, we recommend contacting Sanderson Travel Insurance (their details will be included when we send your confirmation invoice).
