I understand that a non-refundable deposit in the amount indicated in my quote will be required to secure my booking, and that before any payment is made my booking can be cancelled at any time without penalty. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. *Upon receipt of this form, Canada Rail Vacations will provide an invoice with confirmation of my vacation within 24 hours.

I understand that, as per Canada Rail Vacations terms and conditions, once I have received an invoice with confirmation of my vacation, all payments made are non-refundable. I also understand that after final payment has been made 70 days before my trip, that modifications are not permitted.

I understand that Canada Rail Vacations highly recommends travel insurance to protect my investment should I need to cancel my vacation due to unforeseen circumstances. *Insurance coverage depends on your provider.

I understand that Canada Rail Vacations advises not to book flights, cruises or any other connections until I have received my confirmation invoice
