A voucher is included in your travel documents for this transfer. Please have the voucher with you, either printed or available on your mobile device.
For Vancouver International Airport Arrivals – International: Upon your arrival at the Vancouver airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the main greeting area. They will be holding a sign with your surname on it. You will reach this area after you have passed through customs, collected your baggage, and exited the baggage area. If you are randomly selected for screening, please advise the airport staff that you have a driver waiting for you in the greeting area, as you may otherwise be directed outside this area.
For Vancouver International Airport Arrivals – Domestic: Upon your arrival at the Vancouver airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the greeting area. After collecting your baggage, you should see your driver standing close to the waist-high brick wall holding a sign with your surname on it.
For Vancouver International Airport Departures: Please be ready at your hotel’s main entrance 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time in your itinerary.

For Vancouver International Airport Arrivals – Domestic: Upon your arrival at the Vancouver airport, your driver will meet you at the baggage carousel.
For Vancouver International Airport Departures: Please be ready at your hotel’s main entrance 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time in your itinerary.
