Important Note: Please inform Canada Rail Vacations if you are bringing a wheelchair on board the train at the time of your booking. Wheelchairs on board must be secured for the safety of all guests and staff. Due to space constraints, train staff may need to modify seating arrangements in advance of your travel date. Failure to disclose this information at the time of booking may result in being denied boarding on the day of travel. Canada Rail Vacations and its suppliers assume no responsibility for journey disruptions resulting from non-disclosure.

Important Note: the motorcoaches for some tours do not offer hydraulic lifts for wheelchairs/scooters. The guest must be able to get on/off the bus with/without assistance. Alternatively, the guest may rent a vehicle suitable for mobility restrictions.

JASPER: There is only one (1) wheelchair accessible taxi. While every effort will be made to have that available, there may be some delay before it becomes available.

Canada Rail Vacations and its suppliers are not responsible for any missed activities due to a guest's inability to participate. Most transportation services, including the touring motorcoaches and taxis, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps.
