VIA Rail is Canada’s classic passenger rail service. The “Skeena” train travels between Jasper and Prince Rupert during daylight hours with an overnight hotel stop in Prince George along the way. It is more of a rustic experience with spectacular views as you travel along the Skeena River and through various mountain ranges.

They accelerate tech solutions and alternative approaches to neurological disorders, including research projects focused on Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Autism, Depression, Multiple Sclerosis, Concussion, and Epilepsy. Through their grant program, they provide funding for researchers across Canada.

Day One - Transfer From Calgary to Banff
Enjoy a scenic transfer from Calgary to Banff. The resort town of Banff is located within Banff National Park, in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. You’ll have some time to explore Banff before spending the night in this charming mountain town.

Day Two - Sightseeing Tour from Banff to Jasper
Today you’re riding along the most beautiful highway in Canada—the Icefields Parkway. Highlights include stops at Crowfoot Glacier, Bow Lake, Peyto Lake, and the powerful Athabasca Falls.
Spend the night in your provided Jasper accommodations.
Day Three - VIA Rail from Jasper to Prince George
Board VIA Rail’s Skeena train towards Prince George. One of the highlights of today’s journey will be passing by Mount Robson— the highest point in the Canadian Rockies. The salmon-rich waters of the Fraser River will accompany you once again as you keep an eye out for wildlife in the lush expanse of forest.

Day Four - VIA Rail from Prince George to Prince Rupert
Board VIA Rail’s Skeena train towards Prince Rupert. Pass through communities rich in indigenous history and culture and enjoy the fantastic views of the lakes and forests.
