Please be ready at your hotel main entrance 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time noted in your itinerary.
Transfers from Banff to Canmore will take approximately 30 minutes.
Transfers from Banff to Kananaskis will take approximately 1 hour.

If there are any issues connecting with your driver, they will call you. Your driver will provide you with their phone number so that you may call them for your return transfer to Banff once you have completed your round.
