Pick ups are available daily from select downtown Edmonton hotels(*weekdays only), the Edmonton Airport and The West Edmonton Mall.

For Edmonton Airport: The pick up location is in the bus parking at Door 10 on the arrivals floor; adjacent to the international flight arrival door.

For West Edmonton Mall: The pick up location at West Edmonton Mall is Door 50 on the 87 Ave side of West Edmonton Mall. Also known as the water park entrance.
