This complimentary hotel shuttle has been requested to coincide with your VIA Rail arrival into Jasper, providing a convenient transfer between the station and the resort. Upon arrival at the Jasper Train Station, please proceed to the designated shuttle pick-up area and look for the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge vehicle.

For VIA Rail Departures out of Jasper (Eastbound):

A Jonview voucher for the shuttle service to the Jasper Train Station is attached. This complimentary hotel shuttle has been arranged for departure between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM, allowing sufficient time prior to your eastbound VIA Rail departure. Please be ready at the designated hotel pick-up area in advance of the scheduled transfer time.

For VIA Rail Departures out of Jasper (Westbound):

A Jonview voucher for the shuttle service to the Jasper Train Station is attached. This complimentary hotel shuttle has been arranged for departure between 08:00 AM and 08:30 AM prior to your westbound VIA Rail departure. Please be prepared and ready at the designated hotel pick-up area before the scheduled transfer window begins.
