For International Arrivals:
Upon your arrival at the Vancouver airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the main greeting area. They will be holding a sign with your surname on it. You will reach this area after you have passed through customs, collected your baggage, and exited the baggage area. If you are randomly selected for screening, please advise the airport staff that you have a driver waiting for you in the greeting area, as you may otherwise be directed outside this area.
For Domestic Arrivals:
Upon your arrival at the Vancouver airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the greeting area. After collecting your baggage, you should see your driver standing close to the waist-high brick wall holding a sign with your surname on it.
The transfer takes approximately 25 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
