A voucher is included in your travel documents for the tour. Please have the voucher with you, either printed or available on your mobile device.
For VIA Rail Arrivals: Upon your arrival at the Vancouver Pacific Central Station, your driver will be waiting for you in the main building. You should see your driver holding a sign with your surname on it. Please present your Jonview Voucher to the driver if requested.
The transfer takes approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
For VIA Rail Departures: Please be ready at your hotel’s main entrance 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time in your itinerary and have your Jonview provided voucher on hand or visible on your mobile device.
