If this tour has the JON voucher code noted on your itinerary, it will be operated by Pearl Limousine. A voucher is included in your travel documents for the tour. Please have the voucher with you, either printed or available on your mobile device.
Option 1: If you have a private transfer from the Vancouver Airport included before this tour, your driver/guide will be holding a sign with your name on it upon exiting the baggage area of the airport. The tour will start from the airport and end with drop-off at your Vancouver hotel. If there are any issues with finding your driver/guide, they will have your contact information and will reach out to you directly.

Option 2: If you are joining this tour after a night at a Vancouver hotel, please be ready and out front of your hotel 5 minutes before the pick-up time noted on your itinerary. If there are any issues with finding your driver/guide, they will have your contact information and will reach out to you directly. Only bring your luggage on this tour if your itinerary notes a drop-off at the Vancouver airport or VIA Rail station after the tour.

Option 3: If you have this tour included upon the arrival of the VIA Rail Canadian train, your driver/guide will pick you up when you arrive at Pacific Central Station in Vancouver. If the train is delayed, your guide will pick you up at the appropriate time and will end with drop-off at your Vancouver hotel.
