Upon your arrival at the Toronto Pearson International airport your driver will be waiting for you in the main greeting area. They will be holding a sign with your surname on it. You will reach this area after you have passed through customs, collected your baggage and exited the baggage area. In the event that you are randomly selected for screening, please advise the airport staff that you have a driver waiting for you in the greeting area as you may otherwise be directed outside past this area.
The transfer takes approximately 25 to 40 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
